Residential Landlord Fees:
Full Management Service: Set Up Fee (payable at the start of each Letting) £330.00 (£275.00 plus VAT)
Management Fee (10% of rent) 12% (10% plus VAT).
Check Out Fee (payable at the end of each Tenancy) £60.00 (£50.00 plus VAT).
Let Only Service: One month’s rent including VAT, subject to a minimum fee of £600.00 (£500.00 plus VAT).
Let Only check out Fee (if required) £120.00 (£100.00 plus VAT)
