Longstaff have long been involved in a diverse range of planning and development related advisory and consultancy services.

This work has centred on the South Lincolnshire area both within the South Holland District Council, Boston Borough Council and the South Kesteven District Council areas of responsibility.

This has covered a range of residential, commercial and agricultural development and planning issues with schemes varying upwards from single plots to involvement in large scale major town expansion schemes. These have included involvement within a major 200 acre scheme in one South Lincolnshire Market Town, another significant scheme of some 50 acres for residential purposes and further schemes of a further 50 to 60 acres of commercial development land.

We are also well experienced in Holistic Estate Management advice and related overall planning concepts. The latest Government directives under the Local Development Framework have now overtaken district wide plans and local plans together with other external consultancies, Longstaff offer a comprehensive service on all planning and related development matters.
